According to Danish law, you are covered by a legal two-year manufacturing guarantee.
All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and packaging.
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods.
Refunds can take up to 14 working days from the date on which we receive the returned products.

Claims / Complaints
For complaints, defects, or missing deliveries, don't hesitate to contact customer service at email@example.com. You must do so within a reasonable time frame and latest within two months. In the case that we cannot justify the claim, the shipping expenses are on your own account.
